- You can return product in the following cases:
First: Damaged products
If you receive products that are damaged and do not matching the standard specifications (apparently or core damage)
- The replacement request for damaged products is submitted through the website ticketing system within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
- 4eshopping tax included invoice for the order must be present.
- Damaged products are replaced with non-damaged goods with same product and the same amount intact, after coordinating by the 4eshopping team within 20 days.
- In case of the requested product is not available, the value of the returned products be added to the pharmacy's electronic wallet on 4eshopping.
Second: Expired products
If there are products that have not been sold and have expired, they will be replaced as follows:
- The existence of the original 4eshopping tax bill for the order issued by Devart Lab.
- Expired product returns are accepted at 30% of devart Lab's new tax bill.
- The replacement request for expired products is submitted on 4eshopping using ticketing system.
- 4eshopping delegate receives returns within 20 days of submitting the ticketing system application.
- E-Coins are deducted from the pharmacist's account on 4eshopping.
- Review the recovered products and send the discount coupon on the phone via SMS.
- A new order is ordered through the 4eshopping website to use the discount coupon.
Third: Near expire products
If there are near expire products that not been sold (maximum only 3 months remaining), their expiry is close to be replaced as follows:
- The presence of the original 4eshopping tax included bill for the order issued by Devart Lab.
- Only 30% of Devart Lab's new tax included bill is accepted for return back.
- The replacement request for new expiry products is submitted on website ticketing system.
- 4eshopping representative receives return backs within 20 days of request submitted on the ticketing system.
- Products return back E-Coins are deducted from the pharmacist’s account on 4eshopping.
- Review the returned back products and send the discount coupon on the phone via SMS.
- A new order is ordered through the 4eshopping website to use the discount coupon.
Fourth: Incorrect products
If you received products that does not match the original invoice on 4eshopping
- The replacement request for incorrect products is submitted on website ticketing system within 48 hours of the order delivery.
- The presence of a 4eshopping tax included bill for the order issued by Devart Lab.
- Incorrect products are replaced by the same product and the same amount required by the original invoice registered on 4eshopping after coordinating with 4eshopping team within 20 days.
- In case the same product is not available, the same value of the returned goods will be added to the pharmacy's electronic wallet on 4eshopping.
